Who owns the brand if I join the Partner membership and Link Brokerages develops it?

The ownership of the brand is determined on a case-by-case basis. If a partner joins the membership without an existing brand, and Link Brokerages creates and finances the development of the team's brand, Link Brokerages will initially own the rights to the brand.

However, we offer simple buyout programs and ownership cliffs to provide partners with opportunities to gain ownership of their brand over time. The specifics of these membership may vary, but generally, if you stick around with Link Brokerages or achieve high levels of production, you can gradually gain ownership of your entire brand outright.
