Transaction Coordinator Option: Link Brokerages offers Transaction Coordinators to assist you with compliance. These professionals are trained to ensure that your transactions meet all necessary compliance requirements. The cost of Transaction Coordinators ranges from $350 to $600 per transaction, depending on your location and deal type.
Compliance Oversight: If you choose not to use a Transaction Coordinator, you have the option to add one of our compliance officers into your deal room. The compliance officer will oversee your deals and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards at a cost of $25 per transaction.
