At Link Brokerages, we manage all receivables, including commission payments, on behalf of our agents. When a real estate transaction is successfully closed, the commission is collected by Link Brokerages.
Once the commission is received, we offer two convenient methods for commission payouts: direct deposit and check. Agents can choose their preferred payment method. With direct deposit, commissions are efficiently and securely deposited directly into the agent's bank account. Alternatively, agents can opt to receive commission payouts in the form of a check, which will be mailed to their designated address.
Our streamlined process ensures that commission payments are efficiently managed and paid out to agents promptly after closing each transaction. This allows our agents to focus on their real estate business, knowing that the financial aspects of their deals are taken care of by Link Brokerages.
